Nice Recipe Greek Chicken Kozani !!!











Servings - 04

INGREDIENTS
• 4 skinless chicken thighs
• 4 cups water
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 3 large red onions, halved, then sliced lengthwise
• 20 pitted prunes
• 1 1/2 tablespoons sweet paprika
• 2 bay leaves
• 1 tablespoon salt, or to taste
• ground black pepper to taste


DIRECTIONS
1. Place the chicken thighs and water into a saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Skim off any foam that floats to the surface.

2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over low heat. Stir in the onions, and cook covered until soft and translucent, about 10 minutes. Do not let the onions brown. Add the chicken to the onions along with 3 cups of the cooking liquid; discard the remaining cooking liquid. Stir in the prunes, paprika, bay leaves, salt, and pepper. Return to a simmer, cover, and cook until the prunes are tender and the flavors have combined, 15 to 25 minutes.

Bahan :
  • Dada ayam kampung,potong halus
  • Tempe, Potong kotak kecil
  • Tahu, Potong kotak kecil
  • Buncis, iris tipis
  • Tomat 1bh, Rebus buang biji.Parut halus
  • Wortel, potong kotak kecil
  • Bayam merah, iris halus
  • Air Kaldu
  • Garam,gula sedikit
  • Merica sedikit ( 1thn keatas )
  • Bawang bombay cincang halus
Cara Membuat :
  • Rebus Ayam,Wortel dan buncis dalam air kaldu sampai empuk, Tambahkan Tahu dan tempe, masukkan Tomat parut, Aduk.
  • Beri garam,gula dan merica.
  • Tumis bawang bombay sampai layu dan harum,tambahkan kedalam sop
  • Pisahkan Sop yang akan dimakan, panaskan tambahkan bayam. Tunggu airnya mendidih.Angkat dan sajikan.

Lidah Kucing Keju


Perhatikan, loyang lidah kucing digunakan bagian cekungnya. Jadi posisi loyang terbalik. Dengan demikian lidah kucing akan tercetak cantik-cantik. Biasanya sich, setelah merasakan enaknya lidah kucing ini, lupa deh sama kaastengel

Bahan :

  • 250 gr Mentega (Butter + Margarine)
  • 75 cc Putih telur
  • 140 gr Gula halus
  • 150 gr Keju cheddar parut
  • 225 gr Tepung terigu
  • 60 gr Maizena
  • 50 gr Keju parut untuk taburan
  • ½ sdt Emplex

Cara Membuat:

  1. Kocok mentega dan gula hingga mengembang benar, masukkan emplex, kocok lagi.
  2. Masukkan putih telur, teruskan mengocok hingga rata
  3. Masukkan tepung terigu, kocok perlahan selama 1 menit hingga rata
  4. Masukkan keju parut, aduk rata
  5. Poles loyang dengan mentega, tuang adonan, taburi bagian atasnya dengan keju parut
  6. Panggang dengan panas api 150 derajat celcius selama ± 20 menit

INGREDIENTS
• 1 egg
• 3/4 cup milk
• 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 pound ground beef
• 2/3 cup ketchup
• 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard


DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the egg, milk, cheese, oats and salt. Add the ground beef, mixing well, and form this mixture into eight miniature meatloaves. Place these in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
3. In a separate small bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar and mustard. Stir thoroughly and spread over each meatloaf.
4. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
• 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter
• 1/2 cup white sugar, divided
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1 large tart apple - peeled, cored and sliced


DIRECTIONS
1. In a large bowl, blend eggs, flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Gradually mix in milk, stirring constantly. Add vanilla, melted butter and 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg. Let batter stand for 30 minutes or overnight.
2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
3. Melt butter in a 10 inch oven proof skillet, brushing butter up on the sides of the pan. In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup sugar, cinnamon and 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg. Sprinkle mixture over the butter. Line the pan with apple slices. Sprinkle remaining sugar over apples. Place pan over medium-high heat until the mixture bubbles, then gently pour the batter mixture over the apples.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and bake for 10 minutes. Slide pancake onto serving platter and cut into wedges.

Cake Lapis Tabur Enting Kacang

Bahan :

  • 10 kuning telur
  • 6 putih telur
  • 175 gram gula pasir
  • 1/2 sdt cake emulsifier/tbm/sp/ovalet
  • 150 gram tepung terigu
  • 100 gram margarin, lelehkan
  • pasta moka secukupnya
  • vanilla nougat :
  • 250 gram cokelat oles roti
  • 150 gram krim bubuk campur dengan 200 ml susu dingin, kocok
  • 300 gram enting kacang, tumbuk kasar
Hiasan : enting kacang dan ceri merah

Cara membuat:
  1. Siapkan loyang bulat ukuran 22 cm, olesi dengan margarine, taburi tepung terigu, sisihkan. Panaskan oven dengan temperatur 180 derajat Celcius.
  2. Kocok telur kuning, putih bersama gula pasir dan cake emulsifier, hingga mengembang dan lembut.
  3. Masukkan tepung terigu, aduk rata, tambahkan margarin leleh, aduk rata, tambahkan pasta moka, aduk rata dan tuangkan kedalam loyang dan panggang selama 40 menit hingga matang.
  4. Vanilla nougat : campur cokelat oles dengan krim yang telah dikocok, aduk rata.
  5. Penyelesaian : potong kue menjadi 3 bagian mendatar, olesi dengan olesan krim, taburi dengan enting kacang, ratakan susun kembali. Hias seluruh permukaan kue dan taburi enting kacang dan ceri merah. Simpan dalam lemari pendingin. Sajikan dingin.

Pepes Tempe

Bahan:

  • 500 gr tempe, hancurkan dengan garpu
  • 100 gr teri, rendam, tiriskan
  • 5 mata petai, iris
  • 6 buah cabe hijau, iris
  • 2 batang bawang daun, iris
  • 2 sdm air
  • 1/2 lembar daun salam untuk setiap bungkus pepes
  • Daun pisang untuk membungkus
  • lidi untuk menyemat

Bumbu halus:

  • 4 siung bawang merah
  • 4 siung bawang putih
  • 1 sdt gula pasir
  • 1 cm jahe
  • 1 buah tomat merah matang
  • garam sesuai selera

Cara membuat:

  • Campur semua bahan kecuali daun salam, aduk merata
  • Siapkan daun, letakan 1/2 daun salam, tuangi dengan 2 sdm tempe, bungkus rapat, semat dengan lidi
  • Kukus 20 menit
  • Angkat, tiriskan

Catatan:
Kesulitan menemukan daun pisang? Kukus pepes anda dengan plastik microwavable. Biarkan tutup wadah terbuka sedikit pada bagian ujung.

Tempe Kering Masak Santan



Bahan:

  • 300 gram tempe, potong potong lalu goreng
  • 1 tangkai serai, memarkan
  • 3 lembar daun jeruk
  • 250 ml santan dari 1 butir kelapa

Bumbu halus:

  • 8 butir bawang merah
  • 2 siung bawang putih
  • 5 butir kemiri, sangrai
  • 1 sendok makan ketumbar, sangrai
  • 2 cm kunyit
  • garam secukupnya

Cara membuat:

  1. Rebus tempe di dalam santan bersama serai, daun jeruk, dan bumbu halus hingga kuah mengering.
  2. Goreng tempe sampai kecokelatan. Angkat.

INGREDIENTS
• 1 bunch beets with
• greens
• 1/4 cup olive oil, divided
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tablespoons chopped onion (optional)
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar (optional)


DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees (175 degrees C). Wash the beets thoroughly, leaving the skins on, and remove the greens. Rinse greens, removing any large stems, and set aside. Place the beets in a small baking dish or roasting pan, and toss with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. If you wish to peel the beets, it is easier to do so once they have been roasted.

2. Cover, and bake for 45 to 60 minutes, or until a knife can slide easily through the largest beet.

3. When the roasted beets are almost done, heat the remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add the garlic and onion, and cook for a minute. Tear the beet greens into 2 to 3 inch pieces, and add them to the skillet. Cook and stir until greens are wilted and tender. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the greens as is, and the roasted beets sliced with either red-wine vinegar, or butter and salt and pepper.

Bolu Karamel

Bolu Karamel

Bahan:

  • 300 gram Gula pasir
  • 100 gram Air
  • 200 gram Air
  • 75 gram Margarin
  • 50 gram Susu kental manis
  • 6 butir Telur
  • 200 gram Terigu Roda Biru
  • 3 gram Baking powder
  • 4 gram Baking soda
  • 2 gram Vanili
  • 2 gram Garam

Cara Membuat:
  1. Cairkan gula pasir di atas api dengan 100 gram air sampai menjadi karamel. Matikan api, lalu masukkan 200 gram air sambil langsung diaduk rata. Biarkan dingin.
  2. Kocok margarin dan susu kental manis sampai sedikit mengembang. Sisihkan.
  3. Kocok telur sampai mengembang dan kaku.
  4. Masukkan terigu, baking powder, baking soda, vanili, dan garam. Aduk rata.
  5. Ambil sebagian adonan, lalu campur dengan kocokan margarin, aduk rata. Campurkan kembali dengan sisa adonan. Aduk rata.
  6. Masukkan karamel yang sudah dingin, aduk rata.
  7. Tuang adonan ke cetakan ukuran 22x10x6 cm yang telah dioles margarin dan ditaburi tepung (jadi 2 loyang).
  8. Bakar di oven pada suhu 200ºC selama 20 menit, lalu turunkan suhu menjadi 150ºC. Bakar lagi sampai matang (± 30 menit).

Buffalo Chicken Dip

INGREDIENTS
• 2 (10 ounce) cans chunk chicken, drained
• 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup Ranch dressing
• 3/4 cup pepper sauce (such as Frank's Red Hot®)
• 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

• 1 bunch celery, cleaned and cut into 4 inch pieces
• 1 (8 ounce) box chicken-flavored crackers


DIRECTIONS
1. Heat chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat, until heated through. Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing. Cook, stirring until well blended and warm. Mix in half of the shredded cheese, and transfer the mixture to a slow cooker. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top, cover, and cook on Low setting until hot and bubbly. Serve with celery sticks and crackers.

• 1 pound lean ground beef
• 2 cups salsa
• 1 (16 ounce) can chili beans, drained
• 3 cups tortilla chips, crushed
• 2 cups sour cream
• 1 (2 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
• 1/2 cup chopped green onion
• 1/2 cup chopped fresh tomato
• 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until no longer pink. Stir in salsa, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed. Stir in beans, and heat through.
3. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Spread crushed tortilla chips in dish, and then spoon beef mixture over chips. Spread sour cream over beef, and sprinkle olives, green onion, and tomato over the sour cream. Top with Cheddar cheese.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.

INGREDIENTS

• 2 cups rolled oats
• 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/2 cup wheat germ
• 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 3/4 cup raisins (optional)
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup honey
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract


DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Generously grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, brown sugar, wheat germ, cinnamon, flour, raisins and salt. Make a well in the center, and pour in the honey, egg, oil and vanilla. Mix well using your hands. Pat the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
3. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in the preheated oven, until the bars begin to turn golden at the edges. Cool for 5 minutes, then cut into bars while still warm. Do not allow the bars to cool completely before cutting, or they will be too hard to cut.

Tahu Ca Daging Jamu Bumbu Pedas

Bahan:
  • 250 gr daging has, dipotongn 2x2 cm
  • 5 btr bawang merah
  • 3 bh cabai merah
  • 2 sdm sambal botol
  • 1 sdm saus tiram
  • garam dan merica secukupnya
  • 250 cc air
  • 1/2 klg (ukuran kecil) jamur kalengan
  • 2 bh tahu putih, dipotong kotak

Cara membuat:
  1. Haluskan bawang merah dan cabai merah. Tumis hinga harum. Tambahkan daging, aduk-aduk.
  2. Dalam mangkuk campur sambal botol, saus tiram,garam, merica, dan 100 cc air. Bila daging telah berubah warna, tuang campuran tadi. Biarkan hingga air hampir mengering. Tambahkan kembali 100 cc air.
  3. Setelah air hampir mengering, masukkan jamur, tahu dan sisa air. Masak diatas api kecil hingga daging matang. Bila air sudah mengering tetapi daging belum matang, bisa ditambahkan sedikit air.

Brownies Panggang

Brownies Panggang

Bahan:

  • 120 g tepung terigu
  • 200 g margarin
  • 3 butir telur, kocok hingga mengembang
  • 200 g dark cooking chocolate, potong-potong
  • 150 g gula pasir
  • 60 g potongan kacang almond/kenari
  • ¼ sdt garam halus

Cara Membuat:
  1. Panaskan margarin hingga meleleh. Masukkan potongan cokelat, gula pasir dan garam, aduk hingga cokelat meleleh dan gula larut. Angkat.
  2. Tuang tepung terigu sedikit demi sedikit dan kocokan telur. Tambahkan potongan kacang almond/kenari. Aduk rata.
  3. Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang yang sudah dialas dengan kertas roti dan diolesi margarin, ratakan. Taburi atasnya dengan irisan kacang almond.
  4. Panggang di dalam oven bertemperatur 170 derajat celcius selama 45 menit atau hingga kue matang. Angkat. Potong-potong, sajikan.
Untuk 12 potong

Tip:
Warna kue brownies yang cokelat susah untuk mengetahui apakah kue sudah matang atau belum. Caranya dengan menusuk kue dengan lidi/kawat. Jika lidi diangkat sudah tidak ada adonan yang menempel/kering berarti kue sudah matang.

INGREDIENTS
• 8 ounces pasta
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 cups chopped tomatoes, pushed through a sieve
• 4 anchovy filets, rinsed and chopped
• 2 tablespoons tomato paste
• 3 tablespoons capers
• 20 Greek olives, pitted and coarsely chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes


DIRECTIONS
1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
2. Heat oil in a skillet over low heat; cook garlic in oil until golden. Add sieved tomatoes, and cook 5 minutes. Stir in anchovies, tomato paste, capers, olives, and red pepper flakes. Cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Toss pasta with sauce, and serve.

Lentils and Rice with Fried Onions (Mujadarrah)

INGREDIENTS
• 6 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 large white onion, sliced into rings
• 1 1/3 cups uncooked green lentils
• 3/4 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1/4 cup plain yogurt or sour cream (optional)


DIRECTIONS

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in the onions, and cook about 10 minutes, until browned. Remove from heat, and set aside.
2. Place lentils in a medium saucepan with enough lightly salted water to cover. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer about 15 minutes.
3. Stir rice and enough water to cover into the saucepan with the lentils. Season with salt and pepper. Cover saucepan, and continue to simmer 15 to 20 minutes, until rice and lentils are tender.
4. Mix half the onions into the lentil mixture. Top with yogurt or sour cream and remaining onions to serve.

INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 teaspoon curry powder
• 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
• 3 teaspoons tarragon vinegar
• 1 teaspoon grated onion
• 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish


DIRECTIONS
1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, curry powder, garlic, vinegar, onion and horseradish. Mix together, cover and chill overnight.

Microwave Caramel Popcorn

INGREDIENTS
• 4 quarts popped popcorn
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup margarine
• 1/4 cup light corn syrup
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda


DIRECTIONS
1. Place the popped popcorn into a large brown paper bag. Set aside.
2. In a 2 quart casserole dish, or other heat-proof glass dish, combine the brown sugar, margarine, corn syrup, salt and vanilla. Heat for 3 minutes in the microwave, then take out and stir until well blended. Return to the microwave, and cook for 1 1/2 minutes. Remove from microwave, and stir in the baking soda.
3. Pour syrup over the popcorn in the bag. Roll down the top once or twice to close the bag, and shake to coat the corn. Place bag into the microwave, and cook for 1 minute and 10 seconds. Remove, shake, flip the bag over, and return it to the microwave. Cook for another 1 minute and 10 seconds. Dump the popcorn out onto waxed paper, and let cool until coating is set. Store in an airtight container.

Coconut Shrimp

Servings -01

INGREDIENTS

• 1 1/2 pounds large shrimp - peeled and deveined
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup cornstarch
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 1/2 tablespoon ground white pepper
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 1 cup ice water
• 2 cups shredded coconut
• 1 quart vegetable oil for frying
• 1/2 cup orange marmalade
• 1/4 cup Dijon-style prepared mustard
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce


DIRECTIONS
1. Peel, devein and wash shrimp. Dry well on paper towels.
2. Mix together flour, cornstarch, salt and white pepper. Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and the ice water. Stir to blend.
3. Pour the coconut into a shallow pan. Dip the shrimp one at a time into the batter, then roll the shrimp in the coconut. Once coated, place each shrimp into a frying pan of oil heated to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Fry the shrimp in the hot oil until lightly browned; about 4 minutes.
4. Bake the fried shrimp in a preheated 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) oven for 5 minutes.
5. Make the dipping sauce: combine marmalade, mustard, honey and hot sauce in a small bowl. Mix well. Serve the shrimp and dipping sauce side by side.

  • 150 gr udang basah, bersihkan, buang kulitnya.

  • 1 buah tomat, potong dadu.
  • 4 siung bawang putih, iris tipis.
  • 3 siung bawang merah, iris tipis.
  • 60 gr tauge, siangi, buang buntutnya.
  • 100 gr kol, iris tipis.
  • 1 sdt cuka.
  • 2 sdm kecap manis.
  • 1 batang daun bawang, iris halus.
  • 1 sdm seledri, iris halus.
  • 2 sdt garam.
  • 3 sdm minyak goreng.
  • Bumbu halus
  • 5 buah bawang merah.
  • 3 siung bawang putih.
  • 4 buah cabai merah, buang bijinya.
  • ½ sdm bubuk kunyit.
  • 4 butir kapulaga.
  • 1 sdt jinten, sangrai.
  • 1 sdt lada butir.
  • Pelengkap
  • Emping goreng.
  • Acar mentimun.
Cara membuat:
  1. Tumis bawang merah iris, bawang putih iris dan bumbu halus hingga harum. Masukkan daging, aduk dan masak hingga daging berubah warna. Lalu tambahkan udang dan tomat, aduk rata.
  2. Masukkan kaldu, seledri, daun bawang, garam dan cuka. Masak hingga daging matang dan air berkurang sambil sesekali diaduk.
  3. Masukkan kol dan tauge, aduk rata. Kemudian tambahkan mi dan kecap manis. Aduk hingga semua bahan tercampur rata dan matang. Angkat.
  4. Sajikan panas-panas dengan acar mentimun dan emping goreng.

INGREDIENTS
• 2 teaspoons butter
• 2 slices white bread
• 1 teaspoon peanut butter
• 2 teaspoons any flavor fruit jelly

DIRECTIONS
1. Heat griddle or skillet to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Spread peanut butter on unbuttered side of one slice of bread, and jelly on the other. Place one slice, buttered side down on the griddle. Top with other slice, so that peanut butter and jelly are in the middle. Cook for 4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown, and heated through.

Hot & Spicy Chicken Kabobs

INGREDIENTS
• 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cubed
• 1 large green bell pepper, cut into 2 inch pieces
• 1 onion, cut into wedges
• 1 large red bell pepper, cut into 2 inch pieces
• 1 cup barbeque sauce
• skewers


DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat grill for high heat.
2. Thread the chicken, green bell pepper, onion, and red bell pepper pieces onto skewers alternately.
3. Lightly oil the grill grate. Place kabobs on the prepared grill, and brush with barbeque sauce. Cook, turning and brushing with barbeque sauce frequently, for 15 minutes, or until chicken juices run clear.

Cake Zebra Bintik Coklat

Cake Zebra Bintik Coklat

Bahan :

  • 300 gram margarin
  • 250 gram gula pasir
  • 1 sdm rum baker
  • 10 butir telur, pisahkan kuning dan putihnya
  • 300 gram tepung terigu
  • 1 sdt baking powder
  • 6 sdm cokelat meyses
  • adonan cokelat :
  • 3 sdm cokelat bubuk
  • 2 sdt pasta cokelat
Cara membuat:
  1. Panaskan oven dengan temperature 180 derajat Celcius, siapkan loyang bentuk cincin ukuran 24 cm, olesi dengan margarine dan taburi tepung terigu, sisihkan.
  2. Kocok margarin dan gula pasir hingga lembut, masukkan vanili bubuk dan kuning telur bertahap dan terus kocok hingga rata. Masukkan tepung terigu dan baking powder, aduk rata.
  3. Tambahkan putih telur yang telah dikocok kaku, aduk rata.
  4. Adonan cokelat : ambil 1/4 adonan beri cokelat bubuk dan pasta cokelat, aduk rata.
  5. Tuangkan 1/2 bagian adonan putih ke loyang, tuangkan adonan 1/2 bagian adonan cokelat dan taburi dengan 3 sdm cokelat meyses, aduk-aduk buat pola marmer, tuangkan sisa adonan putih dan adonan cokelat, taburi meyses dan bentuk pola marmer.
  6. Panggang selama 45 menit hingga matang, angkat. Sajikan sebagai pelengkap minum teh atau kopi.

INGREDIENTS
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1/2 medium onion, chopped
• 2 bay leaves
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 2 tablespoons dried oregano
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 2 stalks celery, chopped
• 2 green bell peppers, chopped
• 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
• 3 cloves garlic, chopped
• 2 (4 ounce) cans chopped green chile peppers, drained
• 2 (12 ounce) packages vegetarian burger crumbles
• 3 (28 ounce) cans whole peeled tomatoes, crushed
• 1/4 cup chili powder
• 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
• 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
• 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
• 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
• 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn

DIRECTIONS

1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Stir in the onion, and season with bay leaves, cumin, oregano, and salt. Cook and stir until onion is tender, then mix in the celery, green bell peppers, jalapeno peppers, garlic, and green chile peppers. When vegetables are heated through, mix in the vegetarian burger crumbles. Reduce heat to low, cover pot, and simmer 5 minutes.
2. Mix the tomatoes into the pot. Season chili with chili powder and pepper. Stir in the kidney beans, garbanzo beans, and black beans. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer 45 minutes. Stir in the corn, and continue cooking 5 minutes before serving.

Potato Salad

INGREDIENTS
• 2 pounds russet potatoes
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 4 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
• 4 teaspoons white sugar
• 2 teaspoons chopped white onion
• 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
• 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
• 1 tablespoon minced celery
• 1 teaspoon minced pimento
• 1/2 teaspoon shredded carrot
• 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
• 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
• salt to taste

DIRECTIONS
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender but still firm, about 15 minutes. Drain, cool and chop.
2. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, sugar, onion, mustard, vinegar, celery, pimentos, carrot, parsley, pepper and salt. Mix well, chill and serve.

• 1 1/2 ounces Jose Cuervo Especial® Tequila
• 3 ounces Jose Cuervo Lime Margarita Mix
• 1 cup ice (or more)
• Salt
• Lime wedge
DIRECTIONS
1. Rub the rim of a chilled margarita glass with the lime and dip it into the salt to coat it.
2. In a cocktail shaker, combine Jose Cuervo Especial, Jose Cuervo Lime Margarita Mix and ice.
3. Shake vigorously and strain drink into the garnished glass filled with ice.

Chicken Pasta

Chicken Pasta With Mango Sauce

INGREDIENTS

• 8 ounces uncooked rigatoni pasta
• 1 tablespoon olive oil, divided
• 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cubed
• 1 onion, sliced and separated into rings
• 1 green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
• 1 mango - peeled, seeded and chopped
• 1 cup heavy cream
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
• 4 sprigs fresh parsley, for garnish

DIRECTIONS
1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add rigatoni pasta, cook for 8 minutes, until almost done, and drain.
2. Heat 1/2 the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place chicken in the skillet, and cook 10 minutes, or until juices run clear. Remove from heat, and set aside.
3. Heat the remaining olive oil in the skillet, and cook the onion and green pepper until tender. Mix in the garlic, ginger, and mango, and continue to cook and stir 5 minutes, or until mango is soft. Gradually mix the heavy cream into the skillet, and cook 5 minutes, until thickened.
4. Return the chicken to the skillet. Stir in the partially cooked pasta, and season with salt and pepper. Cook and stir 2 minutes, until ingredients are well blended and pasta is al dente. Mix in the cheese. Garnish with parsley to serve.

Roti Kering Keju

Bahan :

  • 250 gram tepung terigu protein tinggi
  • 50 gram tepung kacang hijau
  • 1 sdt baking soda
  • ½ bungkus ragi instant
  • ½ sdt gula pasir
  • sedikit garam
  • 100 gram keju parut
  • 25 gram margarine
  • 25 cc minyak
  • 150 ml air
Bahan Taburan :
  • 25 ml minyak goreng
  • 2 sdm keju cheddar / parmesan
  • 1 sdt wijen
Cara membuat :
  1. Campur tepung terigu, kacang hijau, ragi, gula pasir, baking soda dan sedikit garam
  2. Tuangi air sedikit demi sedikit, sambil diuleki. Masukkan margarine, minyak dan keju, uleni hingga kalis. Diamkan kurang lebih 25 menit
  3. Giling dengan ketebalan ½ cm, cetak bentuk hewan atau bunga. Olesi dengan minyak, beri taburan
  4. Letakkan dalam loyang yg telah diolesi margarine, panggang dengan suhu 180 celsius atau hingga kuning kecoklatan

INGREDIENTS
• 1 cup butter, softened
• 1 cup packed light brown sugar
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 3 cups quick-cooking oats
• 1 cup chopped walnuts
• 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips


DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; stir into the creamed mixture until just blended. Mix in the quick oats, walnuts, and chocolate chips. Drop by heaping spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
3. Bake for 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

INGREDIENTS
• 3 tomatoes, chopped
• 1/2 cup finely diced onion
• 5 serrano chiles, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons lime juice


DIRECTIONS
1. In a medium bowl, stir together tomatoes, onion, chili peppers, cilantro, salt, and lime juice. Chill for one hour in the refrigerator before serving.

Chicken Wings

INGREDIENTS

• oil for deep frying
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/4 cup hot sauce
• 1 dash ground black pepper
• 1 dash garlic powder
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/4 teaspoon paprika
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 10 chicken wings


DIRECTIONS


1. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). The oil should be just enough to cover wings entirely, an inch or so deep. Combine the butter, hot sauce, pepper and garlic powder in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir together and heat until butter is melted and mixture is well blended. Remove from heat and reserve for serving.
2. In a small bowl mix together the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper and salt. Place chicken wings in a large nonporous glass dish or bowl and sprinkle flour mixture over them until they are evenly coated. Cover dish or bowl and refrigerate for 60 to 90 minutes.
3. Fry coated wings in hot oil for 10 to 15 minutes, or until parts of wings begin to turn brown. Remove from heat, place wings in serving bowl, add hot sauce mixture and stir together. Serve.
