INGREDIENTS • 4 skinless chicken thighs • 4 cups water • 3 tablespoons olive oil • 3 large red onions, halved, then sliced lengthwise • 20 pitted prunes • 1 1/2 tablespoons sweet paprika • 2 bay leaves • 1 tablespoon salt, or to taste • ground black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS 1. Place the chicken thighs and water into a saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Skim off any foam that floats to the surface.
2. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over low heat. Stir in the onions, and cook covered until soft and translucent, about 10 minutes. Do not let the onions brown. Add the chicken to the onions along with 3 cups of the cooking liquid; discard the remaining cooking liquid. Stir in the prunes, paprika, bay leaves, salt, and pepper. Return to a simmer, cover, and cook until the prunes are tender and the flavors have combined, 15 to 25 minutes.

DIRECTIONS 1. In a large bowl, blend eggs, flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Gradually mix in milk, stirring constantly. Add vanilla, melted butter and 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg. Let batter stand for 30 minutes or overnight. 2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). 3. Melt butter in a 10 inch oven proof skillet, brushing butter up on the sides of the pan. Siapkan loyang bulat ukuran 22 cm, olesi dengan margarine, taburi tepung terigu, sisihkan. Panaskan oven dengan temperatur 180 derajat Celcius.
Kocok telur kuning, putih bersama gula pasir dan cake emulsifier, hingga mengembang dan lembut.
Masukkan tepung terigu, aduk rata, tambahkan margarin leleh, aduk rata, tambahkan pasta moka, aduk rata dan tuangkan kedalam loyang dan panggang selama 40 menit hingga matang.
Vanilla nougat : campur cokelat oles dengan krim yang telah dikocok, aduk rata.
Penyelesaian : potong kue menjadi 3 bagian mendatar, olesi dengan olesan krim, taburi dengan enting kacang, ratakan susun kembali. Hias seluruh permukaan kue dan taburi enting kacang dan ceri merah. Simpan dalam lemari pendingin. Sajikan dingin.

• 1 bunch beets with • greens • 1/4 cup olive oil, divided • 2 cloves garlic, minced • 2 tablespoons chopped onion (optional) • salt and pepper to taste • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar (optional)
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees (175 degrees C). Wash the beets thoroughly, leaving the skins on, and remove the greens. Rinse greens, removing any large stems, and set aside. Place the beets in a small baking dish or roasting pan, and toss with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. If you wish to peel the beets, it is easier to do so once they have been roasted.
2. Cover, and bake for 45 to 60 minutes, or until a knife can slide easily through the largest beet.
3. When the roasted beets are almost done, heat the remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add the garlic and onion, and cook for a minute. Tear the beet greens into 2 to 3 inch pieces, and add them to the skillet. Cook and stir until greens are wilted and tender. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the greens as is, and the roasted beets sliced with either red-wine vinegar, or butter and salt and pepper.

Kocok telur sampai mengembang dan kaku.
Masukkan terigu, baking powder, baking soda, vanili, dan garam. Aduk rata.
Ambil sebagian adonan, lalu campur dengan kocokan margarin, aduk rata. Campurkan kembali dengan sisa adonan. Aduk rata.
Masukkan karamel yang sudah dingin, aduk rata.
Tuang adonan ke cetakan ukuran 22x10x6 cm yang telah dioles margarin dan ditaburi tepung (jadi 2 loyang).
Bakar di oven pada suhu 200ºC selama 20 menit, lalu turunkan suhu menjadi 150ºC. Bakar lagi sampai matang (± 30 menit).

DIRECTIONS
1. Heat chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat, until heated through. Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing. Cook, stirring until well blended and warm. Mix in half of the shredded cheese, and transfer the mixture to a slow cooker. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top, cover, and cook on Low setting until hot and bubbly. Serve with celery sticks and crackers.
• 1 pound lean ground beef • 2 cups salsa • 1 (16 ounce) can chili beans, drained • 3 cups tortilla chips, crushed • 2 cups sour cream • 1 (2 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained • 1/2 cup chopped green onion • 1/2 cup chopped fresh tomato • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until no longer pink. Stir in salsa, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed. Stir in beans, and heat through. 3. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Spread crushed tortilla chips in dish, and then spoon beef mixture over chips. Spread sour cream over beef, and sprinkle olives, green onion, and tomato over the sour cream. Top with Cheddar cheese. 4. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
